MWS Spain © Website

MWS Spain © has a daily updating service where items showed on web are uploaded and deleted on a daily basis. This means that in certain circumstances an item selected by the customer could no longer be available even it’s still on web. In these situations MWS Spain © would offer a similar item, an alternative item or total refund of the payment that would have been received by the customer. We are happy to accept Postal Orders, Bank Drafts, Cash (only in Euro currency), Western Union money orders. If you wish to arrange a Bank Transfer of Funds, Cash Payment or Postal transfer, MWS Spain © will provide you the details once the deal has been concluded.

MWS Spain © in some cases are able to swap item / item so if you have a request for this kind of situation, you can proceed it through this tool.

Any payment not received in following 3 working days and not advised and allowed by MWS Spain © in an explicit mail, reserves the right to offer for re-sale the item in question. Delivery / Dispatching Terms

MWS Spain © ships worldwide, so any country is invited to deal with us. Shipping costs will be dealt directly with the customer and treated item by item. MWS Spain © will despatch all goods ALWAYS once the payment has been cashed. We will notified you once it has been done and shipping delay starts at this moment. MWS Spain © uses CORREOS (Spanish State Company) as default shipping agent. We send ALWAYS via REGISTERED AIRMAIL and you will receive a track code once the item/s has been dispatched. This code can be easy traceable on www.tracking.mws-spain.com. In some cases and just in case that customer desire and pay the cost of service we can deliver also with MRW or FEDEX. Please let us know also this always BEFORE the payment procedure. Delivery Time is around 10 – 15 working days.

Items sent out the European Union: Unless otherwised asked by the customer, MWS Spain © will ALWAYS declare the true value of the items to ensure that we have the correct Insurance values. This may result in duties being payable in some countries by the customer on delivery of the shirt. Take in count that packages under 2 KG are not required to include value.

Refunds & COAs

On delivery if you are not happy with our item or you find it not as described you simply have to return it in its original condition within 14 days for a full refund less the original shipping costs already applied.

MWS Spain © do not offer COA’s with our items. Our reputation is enough to guarantee for life that the item we are offering is as described. If a customer at any moment can prove that the item bought is not the one stated in our web description, we are able to offer a FULL refund on the item.

In both above cases this will only apply with the ORIGINAL buyer. The refund option is not available if the item has been sold onto another buyer.

In some cases and under certain customer demands, MWS Spain © reserves the right to send a COA with the item. In this case both parts MUST agree to what COA includes.
